I have been going to Dr. Pola ,with my cats for more than 10 years and his veterinary expertise is excellent. He explains everything in a way that's easy to understand and both my cats love him. His staff is also excellent Megan. his assistant is very knowledgeable and Melissa at the front desk is also great. I would highly recommend enterprise animal Hospital

Dr. Pola is wonderful - however, office does not appear to save room for emergency or (urgent) appointments where you'd like your dog seen within a few days. This forces you to go to an ER vet. This happened to us 3 times with 2 different dogs so we have gone to an urgent care vet for a bit and now we consider establishing elsewhere. However, because we truly think he's awesome, we are undecided. I highly recommend saving at least a short window for at least 1 furry patient every day or two who have urgent matters. It could be the receptionist deciding if its urgent and triaging the animals, but mine were both urgent per the emergency vet we saw. They did offer to get them in within 5 to 7 days but unfortunately it couldn't wait that long. Again the vet is first class and this could simply be an operational thing he is unaware of, which is why I share.

I absolutely love and trust Dr Pola. He's an excellent veterinarian. Very thorough. Very kind and patient explaining things. My dogs love him. Dr. Polas' hospital is the only place in my entire life that I would leave one of my pets for the day or anything else. He has a wonderful staff. Especially Meghan. She is his veterinarian technician. I trust her completely to take care of my dogs or kitties if I have to leave them. And Melissa is front office manager. She has been very helpful and efficient. I am glad she is there. I wanted to add that I have been going there for almost 10 years. And that's 10 years of excellent care ❤️

In the last year, we transitioned the care of our pets to Dr. Trefz and Dr. Pola. We are loyalists when it comes to our pets care so leaving our old vet took some time and was caused by broken trust. I have such great confidence in Dr. Pola and Dr. Trefz from every great experience we’ve had with them. They truly are compassionate, kind, caring, extremely knowledgable and very communicative. I know they are both knowledgable because we have greyhounds and any vet we’ve been to before had little knowledge of the breed and I found myself having to correct my old vet on what’s normal in terms of their bloodwork. At any rate, I highly recommend Enterprise Road Animal Hospital is you want great care and secondarily at a fair price. Thank you for being so good to us!
