Last December, we took our beloved Max to do some lab work because our regular veterinarian advised us to take him here for more detailed exams. Unfortunately, our dog had kidney disease and pancreatitis. At this clinic, they were very honest with us and explained he only had a few days to live and an emergency surgery would not help him or it would not guarantee a better quality of life. They were extremely honest and did not try to push any unreal hopes on us. They allowed us to take him back home, and spend some time with him before we put him to sleep. Being such a difficult time to let go of Max, the whole staff here made us feel more comfortable and confident that we were making the right decision for him. Thank you for your support and your kind words.

My eight month old kitten had to have stomach surgery because of something she swallowed and my vet recommended this place. They were absolutely fabulous not only from their customer service, but from the way that they explained everything to me in laments terms if your pet is going through an emergency, I would 100% recommend this place. I called them a gazillion times and they were always nice and never frustrated. the best emergency vet in the area!!!

Brought my dog in on the 4th of July. Staff was kind, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He stayed the night. Came back to drop off a blanket. It’s nice that you can come in and visit or call to get information on how they are doing. Different staff the day of pick up and they did wonderful as well. Appreciate the staff for all of their help.

Even though we ultimately had to say goodbye, it brings us comfort knowing he was surrounded by people who treated him with such compassion and dignity. Your professionalism, patience, and empathy made an incredibly difficult moment a little more bearable. We will always remember how gently you guided us through everything, and how sincerely you cared for Dustin as if he were your own. I had to make the difficult decision to put my best friend down here yesterday. She was in heart failure and having difficulties breathing. The team immediately took her in the back and gave her oxygen which helped out a lot in making her comfortable, but she just couldnt get the fluids out of her lungs. It was a tough decision but I have to take solace in the fact that she had a good, long life and that she knew she was loved even during her final seconds as we held her, pet her and told her we love her.
