Scheduling my dog’s ultrasound was initially very stressful, and I felt overwhelmed just thinking about making the call. However, from the moment I spoke with 4 Paws, my concerns immediately began to ease. The staff was compassionate, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. When we arrived for the appointment, the team was absolutely wonderful. My dog is a Great Dane, weighs 176 pounds, and they handled her with such care, patience, and professionalism—it truly meant a lot to me. The office atmosphere was calm, exceptionally clean, and very welcoming. Everyone we encountered was friendly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. If you ever need ultrasound services for your pet, I highly recommend 4 Paws. Their level of care and professionalism exceeded my expectations. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you for making this experience such a positive one for both me and my dog.

My kitty needed an abdominal ultrasound for an urgent acute medical issue. 4 Paws Imaging Center not only had a same day appointment for us, but had very reasonable pricing and the most caring staff I have encountered in quite some time. As a bonus, I got to stay with my fur baby the entire time. They also gave me option for stat result processing which is amazing when you have a very sick pet. I am so thankful for everyone there and should any of my pets need imaging services in the future, I would hands down choose them again.

I needed a full ultrasound for my cat, and 4 Paws Imaging not only had the best price I could find, but also the soonest appointment available, and has a 24 hour turnaround for results. We arrived and were immediately brought back to the room and told we could stay with him and comfort him during the entire scan. The staff was so incredibly kind to both my boy and my husband and I. They gave us a couple of treats for our cat as we were leaving too. All around amazing facility. I highly recommend the staff and services here and will probably make them my go-to for future imaging needed for all of my pets!

I can’t say enough good things about 4 Paws Imaging Centers. Everyone was incredibly kind & compassionate during a stressful time with my dog, Layla. I was able to stay with her during her ultrasound, which meant so much to me, & the team took the time to explain everything thoroughly & answer all of my questions. They made the entire process feel easy & supportive from start to finish. I’m so grateful for the care they provided & would highly recommend them to anyone needing imaging services for their pet. ❤️🐾

My dog, Apollo, needed an abdominal ultrasound and his vet referred him to 4 Paws Imaging in Casselberry. The staff at 4 Paws Imaging was great starting with the first phone call I made to them. Katlynn was very friendly and gave me several available appt times that worked with my work schedule. After speaking with my manager I left a voicemail the following morning (before they opened) and I sent a text stating which appt time I would like and Katlynn called me back within 15 mins (which was still before they opened) and she scheduled the appt for me for the time I asked for. They then contacted my vet and got everything they needed. When Apollo and I showed up everyone was friendly from the time we walked in the door. I didn’t have to do any paperwork when I got there since they had emailed me what I needed to sign- so that was ideal. Apollo and I had just sat down then Jazz came and greeted us and got us right back even though we were early for his appt. 😊 They allowed me in the room sitting up by Apollos head to comfort and reassure him throughout the whole process. Jazz comforted him too while holding his torso and Cori, the sonographer, shaved his belly while telling Apollo what a good boy he was.Cori then got many images. Both Jazz and Cori were very sweet and easy to talk to which made a very scary time for both Apollo and I much easier to get through. They were so comforting to Apollo that he did not resist lying on his back and letting the ladies do what they needed to do to get some good pictures for 20-25 minutes. He was kinda skeptical at first (new place, new people and laying on his back) but them allowing me to be in the room and them both being so gentle and comforting put Apollo at ease. The setup they have as far as the lighting, where the pet parent can sit and the bed your pet lays on is absolutely perfect. No one wants their fur baby to need the services they offer… BUT… if it is needed I definitely recommend 4 Paws Imaging. All three of the ladies I had interactions with are an asset to this company! Thank you all and great job ladies!! Apollo and I appreciate you more than you know!! 🐾 💙 🐾
