The office as a whole was understanding and knowledgeable about a fear reactive/ protective dog. The office scheduled my dog right away when I called ensuring an almost immediate appointment. They then immediately called and obtained records from my previous veterinarian to obtain a complete medical record from previous treatments and reviewed them thoroughly. They allowed me to check in from the car and sent a tech to my car to safley allow my dog to enter an empty waiting area to obtain his weight and go directly into an exam room (reducing his stress). The tech and DMV offered out of the box maneuvers to safley and effectively exam my dog with the least amount of stress on him. Dr. Rodgers DMV was very efficient and did not do any unnecessary testing to ensure cost effectiveness but still thoroughly examined and diagnosed all concerns. The staff as a whole took their time and made this the best experience for myself (owner) and my dog Stinkers. The staff listened, examined and explained in detail all concerns I had. Highly recommend Dr. Rodgers and her team.

I absolutely love the staff and the vets at this office. Dr.Jenkins is absolutely amazing.Yesterday we came to the vet's office to have our 18-year-old. Dog, compassionately put to rest, Dr. Jenkins and his staff were absolutely truly amazing. And I will continue to use this vet's office every chance I get. They also are in charge of my other dogs. Health, who just recently got diagnosed with cancer. And they have been absolutely amazing. My dog BB absolutely loves every single person at this office. Thank you so much to the staff in the vets.You guys make the experience so much easier.Even with as hard as it is...rip spencer...

Definitely the best Vet I've ever had for Junior. Dr. Jenkins is patient, caring, shows empathy and explains everything to you in details to give your fur baby the best treatment plan. Junior loves going to see Dr. Jenkins and the staff he is always in the best hands and loves all the attention.

My experiences with the clinic were not from just routine shots, etc. it was from a serious condition that my beloved pet had acquired and that needed expert treatment that Dr. Jenkins was trained for! I always felt that Lucky was in excellent hands. So very fortunate to have him.
