Absolute worst Petco I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I was a few minutes late because of traffic, A FEW MINUTES! I scheduled weeks ahead of time, confirmed with them 2-3 times of the appointment, drove over an hour to get there, took off work, just to told the vet “already left for the day.” I hope they get shut down due to their poor service.

They almost killed my dog, then the staff was extremely mean about it. I see good reviews from a year ago about friendly staff, but that is not the case now. They are terrible.

We made an appointment for our cat but we’re 5 minutes lates because he was very stressed and the lady had the rudest attitude and told us to leave. I understand you can’t help us but there is no need for snarky remarks.

Very friendly staff. Very reasonable prices. My only complaint is it was a long wait past my appointment time- but I attribute that to the people in front of me questioning everything and not being able to make up their minds. Records were emailed to me promptly along with prescription for heartworm prevention.
