I have used Dr. McDonald as my veterinarian for years, and have been waiting for her to open her new vet hospital. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the new hospital is beautiful. They are excellent at getting you and your pet seen at your appointment time, and not sitting around in the waiting room. She’s already done a dental surgery on my dog and the procedure went perfect. Thanks for taking care of my pups!

I brought my dog, Duck, in for his very first vet appointment at 7 years old, and I was so nervous because I had no idea how he would react. Everyone at Partners Animal Hospital went out of their way to make it such a positive experience for both of us. Now, somehow, going to the vet is like a treat for him, which is saying a lot because he’s pretty much scared of everything else! The kindness, patience, and care from Dr. McDonald and the entire team made all the difference. They also took wonderful care of Duck during his surgery, and his recovery has been going so well. I truly can’t thank everyone enough for taking such incredible care of my boy. I highly recommend Partners Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a veterinary team that genuinely cares.

My husband & I were thoroughly impressed. Excellent customer service from initial contact to the end of our first visit. Everyone was hospitable, informative & professional. The office was very clean. Jamie greeted us with a smile. Dr. McDonald & Rochelle were very gentle with Lennox. It was an exceptionally hot day & they provided cool water for us and our little pup. Thank you all!

I can’t say enough how grateful I am for Dr. McDonald. She didn’t just treat my pet—she truly cared. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that her compassion went beyond medicine and into genuine concern for my pet’s wellbeing and my peace of mind. When my pet needed emergency surgery, Dr. McDonald acted quickly and performed the procedure the very same day. Her urgency, skill, and confidence made an incredibly stressful situation much easier to handle. Her practice manager, Jenn, was extremely supportive throughout my situation as well. The support and kindness from both meant the world. What stood out the most was her kindness and empathy throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and make sure I felt supported every step of the way. I am beyond thankful for the care my pet received and would highly recommend Dr. McDonald to anyone looking for not just excellent veterinary care, but a doctor who truly cares.
