I'm so thankful. I found doctor parker and wonderful staff at new day!! The senior plan is absolutely amazing. Really covers the dog's care. That is necessary as they are aging. I've used the plan several times and i will say i'm very impressedit covers most testing. Helps keep your dog healthy. And makes it affordable. The friendliness the kindness. The helpfulness that they all give is wonderful and I really love that. It's 1 on 1 attention and no one else is in the office. When your dog is in the office, it's private, especially if your dog has anxiety with other dogs. This place has been a gem . I'm truly grateful for their care

New Day Veterinary at Lakewood Ranch takes care of our 3 dogs. Dr. Parker and the entire staff at New Day are caring, knowledgeable and true animal lovers. They treat our dogs as if they were their own. The care they give our dogs is outstanding. They are thorough with exams and if a problem arises, they present us with all options available and give us plenty of time to discuss each situation. We trust New Day completely with the care of our dogs. Thank you New Day – you are awesome!

I recently brought my dog in for her first visit with Dr. Vikki Parker, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care we received. Dr. Parker is truly amazing—she was thorough, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything in detail, which put me at ease right away. The entire team was wonderful, but I have to give a special mention to Isabella and Alyssa. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and treated my dog as if she were their own. From the moment we walked in, they made sure we were comfortable and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. It’s clear this team genuinely cares about the well-being of their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Parker and her team for anyone looking for top-notch veterinary care!
