My dogs love going to the vet to see Dr. Bozeman and Mrs. Susan. I highly recommend Covenant animal clinic! They are extremely sweet and accommodating. Each time my dogs need to be seen I am scheduled in a timely manner, and the vet visits themselves are extremely efficient. They make each visit feel personalized and remember details about the dogs and my own life. They are genuine people and you can tell they love what they do. I am so thankful that I found them! The new location is beautiful and has a great view of the lake while you wait as well!

The doctors at this clinic are amazing and so caring. I’ve been coming to them for 20 years and would not take my pets anywhere else. If you have an issue they always manage to squeeze you in. I so appreciate them! Thank you!

My family has been with Dr. Sookra and Dr. Bozeman since 2011 with 5 cats, 2 dogs, and several emergency visits. They have been the best caretakers since day one. They saved our golden retrievers life time and again, the runt of the litter, she had a lot of health problems throughout the years, but every time Doctors Sookra and Bozeman put so much time and effort into making our Sunny all better. They are so gentle and kindhearted and always know exactly how to make sure you and your pet are comfortable and happy during your time with them. Today, we put our Sunny girl to sleep, Dr Sookra, Susie and one of the vet techs, Arturo, came to our home and made our last moments with our best friend the most peaceful and beautiful time. Dr Sookra walked us through the process and assured us she would not be in any pain, and that she would be able to hear us after her sedation. She passed completely stress and anxiety free, surrounded by people she knows and loves, as well as everyone who’s ever cared for her. ☀️☀️Sunny was 13 1/2 years old, many years longer than we thought she would have, and that wouldn’t have been possible without our favorite veterinarians. We are forever grateful to Doctors Sookra and Bozeman, Mrs Susie Sookra, and all of the incredible veterinary technicians that have cared for our furry babies. If there was one thing I would recommend to a new pet owner, it would be to come to Covenant Animal Clinic for all their needs.

We have been going here for over 15+ years, and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. We LOVE these folks; they treat our pets (and us) like family. You feel the warmth and compassion as soon as you walk in. Always a smile, always attentive and caring. Even during the most difficult of times (putting our beloved Shenna to sleep), the compassion they gave to us was warm and sincere; we knew they were grieving with us. These folks are a blessing!

I brought my dog, Gus, to your clinic expecting a thorough examination and proper care. I am very disappointed with the visit. Your clinic has cared for Gus for the last 10 years, so you are familiar with his history and condition. I recently adopted him after his previous owner, my friend Mit, passed away. Mit always trusted your clinic, which makes this experience even more concerning. Gus is in very poor condition, yet during the appointment, neither the doctor nor the other vet (the doctor’s daughter) even touched him or performed a proper examination. They only trimmed his toenails because I asked for and they told me I would need an estimate for “removing this and that” — without even looking at him or assessing his condition. I am confident he has a toothache, but no one checked his mouth. Additionally, no one requested a stool sample, which is a basic part of an appropriate check-up for an older dog. For a 14-year-old dog who hasn’t been seen by a vet in nearly a year, a thorough evaluation of his teeth, belly, ears, skin, stool, and overall health is essential. None of this care was provided. People were friendly and nice but, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of attention and professionalism during this visit. I hope you take this review seriously and ensure that older dogs like Gus receive the full care and consideration they deserve. Gus will not be going back.
