Dr. Covino and his staff are absolutely amazing people. Everyone is very caring,, knowledgeable, and understands where I’m coming from when I present any concerns with my 14 1/2 year ‘young’ dog, Rocky. It’s been a very long time since I found a vet with this type of compassion. That means the world to me.

The staff is always kind and they are very patient with my 2 year old 80 lb Shepard, who is not always the most friendly fellow. The Vets are wonderful, they are the reason he is alive and well today. Would definitely recommend!

I was told about this office by a friend who had a great experience. Doctor did a complete exam of our 9 year toy Goldendoodle. Then office followed up with a emailed recap. Never got this before from a vet! I shall recommend them to all my friends.

We are very thankful for the excellent care Diesel received at Animal Wellness Center. Tiffany, our Vet Tech, was so patient with him and Dr. Covino was extremely helpful and understanding of Diesel’s reactivity at the veterinary office. Diesel received compassionate, professional care. My husband and I are very impressed with the cleanliness of the office, and the detail given regarding costs; everything is spelled out on the invoice, you know exactly what you paid for. I received a phone call in the afternoon to check on Diesel and the next day, his lab results were emailed to me. We are extremely happy with Dr. Covino’s veterinary clinic!

Extremely disappointed with my last visit here and will definitely not be returning. Dr. Greenfield has horrible bedside manner being very rude, condescending, and outright dismissive throughout the entire appointment. I was unable to tell the whole story of what has been going on with my dog because he kept interrupting me. He basically called me a liar the entire appointment. When I got the report from my visit, one of his differential diagnosis listed was “spoiled”….not only is that so disrespectful but it is just outright unprofessional (not to mention the countless typos on the report as well). I came in with serious concern about my dog’s health and wellbeing and this is the information I am receiving. Lastly, I paid for her to get X-rays done to make sure she did not have any foreign bodies in her stomach. Did I see those $500 images? Absolutely not and he just breezed over it like he was checking a box. I spent over $1000 this visit and I got little to no answers for what was going on with my dog and belittled the entire time I was there. I have been taking my dog here since we got her 7 years ago and truly loved Dr. Covino but it’s unfortunate he has such a rude doctor on staff that has ruined my whole outlook on his office.
