I normally don’t right a reviews. This doctor deserves one. Thank goodness we now have an over qualified magnificent and cost conscious vet in West Boca Raton. Dr. Rubin a dermatology specialist treated my three-year-old beagle A few years back, Dr. Ruben started working there it seemed and was a real friendly and dog conscious place to bring your dog. With a good dermatologist . After a while like some businesses , it was all about making the money and selling as many pills as possible. But what really annoyed me Recently was I Wasn’t notified they closed in West Boca. I called their other shops in Coral Sprigs to see if I can pick up some medicated shampoo and they told me I would have to see their vet and pay for a full visit to get medicated shampoo that’s been working on my dog for quite some time and purchasing it directly from Vetco. The Vetco in Boca Raton, FL is everything I would expect and so much more! Dr. Garner is compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, and she explains her findings in a way that can be understood and comprehended. The Boca Vetco staff (Jordan, Jennifer and Matthew) are knowledgeable, professional, and very caring. After every visit, I receive an emailed summary of the diagnosis, medications, and wellness plan. I also receive a personal text in the evening from Dr. Garner addressing any additional items. I highly recommend Vetco in Boca Raton.

I had an appointment scheduled and waited an hour to be seen. The drive just to petco from my house was 30 minutes. Now we’ve been waiting an hour, on top of the hour total commute, my cat has been in her case no food, water, bathroom breaks for what should’ve been a quick scheduled vet visit. It would have been nice to get a call from the clinic ahead of time letting scheduled customers know they’re running an hour behind.
