We’ve had a wonderful experience with the entire team at Banfield Pet Hospital on St. Andrews Boulevard in Boca Raton, and I’m so grateful we found them. They take such great care of both of our dogs, Penelope and Henri, and every interaction has been professional, kind, and reassuring. I especially want to give a heartfelt shout-out to Dr. King. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but what truly sets her apart is her exceptional bedside manner. During a particularly difficult time with one of my dogs, she was so compassionate, patient, and understanding, and her support meant more to me than I can express. She took the time to answer every question and made me feel that my pet was receiving the very best care. Again, the entire team is wonderful but I also want to call out to Gina the assistant manager and nurse there is absolutely fantastic. It’s not often you find a veterinary team that combines medical expertise with such genuine kindness, but Banfield does exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary practice that truly cares about both pets and their people.

We had our dog, Sawyer Jean, spayed at Banfield Pet Hospital, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she received. Her recovery has been amazing—her incision was never red or irritated, and just a week later it’s already barely noticeable. The staff did a great job checking in on her, and the doctor was especially helpful in preparing us for how energetic Sawyer would be after surgery. That guidance made a big difference during her recovery. Everyone there is so warm and welcoming, and it’s obvious they truly care about the pets they treat. They really made us feel special and well taken care of. We’re so thankful for the experience and would absolutely recommend Banfield Pet Hospital.

We’ve had 2 occasions to go to our local Banfield Hospital, 1 for a good reason and 1 not. My husband found an almost newborn kitten that we wanted to have checked out. They told us that it was probably only 6 or 7 days old, as she was just starting to open her eyes. Luckily she was in good shape and we were doing all the right things. 5 days later we had to take our cat in to get checked out and found that he had cancer that was spread throughout his body, had a mass in his abdomen, and had fluid around his organs. Not wanting him to suffer, we opted to put him down. The staff was so kind, let us move at our own pace and they had so much compassion. We can’t thank you enough. Thank you for everything!

We’ve been taking our Maltipoo to Bainfield Boca Village for years. The doctors are knowledgeable and caring, and all the staff are helpful, friendly, and always willing to accommodate our needs with appointments and emergencies. We are very satisfied.
