It was a really good experience, our doctor was a very nice lady, her hair is half purple, she was very patient, answer all my questions about my dog, I really recommend her. And she cured him in 3 days...basicly he was better. Really a good vet.

I’ve been a customer with all three of my dogs for going on 10 years. The ONLY thing I can not stand is when vets or other professionals try to pack in charges under the guise of medical advice. I’ve been treating my dog with meds for his ears and needed a refill. They want to do a test for $300 to prescribe and dispense. Can you suggest it’s medically necessary; sure. That a broad brush. Is an honest vet likely to understand, prescribe and dispense the drops so you can continue to manage your pets condition, also yes. I will never ever step foot in this place again and you shouldn’t either. The prior doctor was awesome. Told you the truth, understood the lifelong commitment you have emotionally and economically to your pet. Whoever I spoke to today, a grifter. Lost my business.

Staff and practice management was EXCELLENT! Appointment easy. Phone tree-easy. Staff-over friendly-Place incredibly clean. Soup to nuts, excellent-special should out to Amanda for making my dog feel like the most special pet in the world!!!

Had a groomer cut my dogs paw pad, glued her paws together trying to fix it and not tell me. It was the end of the day, but when I called Sorana was so kind and helpful and told me they would fit me in. Both her and Dr Hemphill took great care of my baby even staying after closing time. Great customer service

The entire team was so helpful and compassionate with our kitten's surgery and recovery. They explained the surgery, recovery time, and meds needed. I appreciate the care and support of the entire team, and recommend the Banfield doctors and team to care for your beloved pets.
