Wow, where do I begin! I mother 3 fur babies. Lois Pope Clinic provides such wonderful and exceptional service for my babies. Such amazing recommendations, and I couldn't ask for things to be any different. They performed the surgery on two of my babies while they were kittens. The prices were the best in town from tricounty searching. This occurred during covid so we didn't get the chance to go through doors to be with our babies but they took such great care of them and informed us of everything afterwards and sent home all need supplies and recommendations afterwards. Fast forward to two years later. 2023, one of my babies had an UTI. I called around to some emergency places and couldn't get my baby in . The prices were also ridiculous! I reached out to Lois Pope the next morning and got an early walk-in appt. They were able to tell me what was happening. Gave me the medicine, also was so kind to search for me some starter hard and soft cat food to transition my cats over with a new diet. I couldn't have been more thankful and appreciative for the staff and Dr. I knew that kind people were still in this world. People that care about you and your pets. Thank you for being my saving grace that day. My baby was in so much pain, and he was suffering.

I would like to take the opportunity to write this review as we have never been around a more professional environment in the Animal Veterinary Clinic world. From the receptionist to the veterinary staff, they made us feel that we were the only dog owners in the building! The care and comfort that they showed us is unmatched in this world of pets. They listened to every word we said and treated our four legged family member as one of their own. A special shout out to the Director of the facility, Diana for having such talented people around to make our experience very very comfortable. Randy and Deborah Charnin

This clinic took phenomenal care of my dog. They went above and beyond to figure out what was going on after 2 different Vets could not figure out what was going on. They figured out a medical mystery and now my dog is back to normal. I can’t thank them enough for the love they showed my dog Macy and I. Truly genuine people working because they have a love for dogs and their well-being.

We are so happy to have found The Lois Pope Pet Clinic! The facility itself is immaculate. The staff is caring, attentive, and they provide top notch medical services. I am the VP of Green Dog Rescue and, as a local 501(c)(3) rescue, we are very often in need of both routine veterinary services and surgical services. Our rescue's President and I have truly been so impressed by the clinic and with the clinic's Director, Dianna. Dianna and her team always go above and beyond. We highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for an affordable, yet trustworthy, veterinarian.

I don’t know where to even begin with the amount of kindness that everyone in this facility showed has restored my faith in humanity! After calling tons of vet offices on a Friday evening because I knew my dog was suffering. One of the places directed me to call here, so I did. After speaking to Susie and explaining to her what was going on and my financial situation she told me to come in. She helped me out with the cost which was a blessing in itself. Unfortunately my dog was not able to be saved she was in fact suffering and they were able to help me by putting her down which is not something they do. Through the process they were so incredibly kind and compassionate. But today was just the icing on the cake. For one I never expected that they would give me my dog’s ashes so that in itself was truly amazing but when I went to pick her up today I cried when I realized what they gave me. Her ashes in a beautiful wooden box, a snippet of her fur, an imprint on clay of her paw and ink paw prints. I feel so incredibly blessed and such gratitude for the gift they have given me. I will forever be grateful!
