From start to finishing the entire experience was wondful. It was easy to book online. I got a call confirming the appointment They let me come an hour and a half early. The vet techs were so sweet and helpful. The veterinarian Dr. Johnson was knowledgeable and calming. She let me stay in the room with Rocky my Beagle who has separation anxiety. They were so careful and gentle with him while they took his blood. All of the costs were explained to me and it was more affordable than other private vet offices. They even helped me collect samples from Rocky outside which proved to be tricky. I will keep coming here because of the staff and no waiting at all. Definitely recommend PetSmart for vet visits 👌

Dr. Johnson and her team are truly the most compassionate group I’ve ever encountered! I brought in my cat, who had just had kittens, because she was breathing rapidly and seemed unwell. The team kept me informed throughout the entire process, explaining the tests needed and their purpose. They were incredibly gentle with my momma cat, providing the care she needed to get better. Thanks to them, she was able to return to her kittens. I’m so grateful for this amazing team!

I can't say enough wonderful things about our recent experience at the Petsmart Vet in Boca! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the warmest smile from Isaiah at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, immediately putting us and our dogs at ease. The vet tech, Jade, was thorough, compassionate, and truly attentive to every detail. She handled our fur babies with such care, making sure they were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire visit. Dr. Johnson was everything we could have hoped for in a veterinarian. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and most importantly, compassionate. She took her time to listen to every concern we had about both of our dogs, no matter how big or small and patiently answered even our dumbest questions. Not only did she address each issue with expertise, but she also offered helpful recommendations for healthier food choices and dental care, which we truly appreciated. What stood out the most was the love and attention Dr. Johnson showed to our pets. It was clear that she genuinely cares about the well-being of every animal she treats. We left feeling so reassured and confident that we had found the perfect place for our puppies. Without a doubt, this will be our forever vet for all our fur babies. We highly recommend Dr. Johnson and her amazing team to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and dedicated Vet. 5 stars all the way!

We brought our little guy (16 yr old shih Tzu) to Dr. Johnson after grooming one day and she became our vet. She was very pleasant, understanding and knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable and my little guy wasn't nervous around her. She answered my texts and really showed genuine care and concern to the very end. Thank you Dr. Johnson for your expertise and being down to earth. For anyone looking for a vet that will go that extra mile to care of your loved ones, look no further. Hats off to you Dr. and your wonderful receptionist.

I cannot thank this office enough for how incredible they were when caring for my cat. When we arrived, I was so upset and nervous about my cat's burst abscess. The ladies at the front greeted us and quickly placed us in a room. They were so caring and reassuring to us, that even my sweet Sammy Cat felt relaxed. Then Dr. Johnson came in and gave Sammy an examination and explained what it was and how they were going to treat the wound. Afterwards, Dr .Johnson came back and told us what meds he had, and what we would need to do over the next few days. We are scheduled to return on Saturday for a follow up. I am so happy that we have found a new office for our fur babies. Thank you guys so much! :))
