I can’t give Dr. Bolanos & his staff enough praise & thanks. Dr. B. removed my little girl Lily’s left eye, it had to be done to relieve a problem which caused her discomfort. The doctor is a skilled surgeon who took care of Lily as if she was his own. Her healing is progressing beautifully, & again my many thanks for all of her great care. My little pirate sends a big thanks too!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bolanos and his entire team. My dog Andy was hit by a car and suffered a completely shattered left pelvis, it was one of the most stressful and heartbreaking experiences I’ve ever gone through. Before finding Dr. Bolanos, I visited two other animal hospitals that quoted me extremely high, overwhelming prices. Then I was referred to him in Boca, and I am beyond grateful. Not only was his pricing less than half of what others were charging, but the level of care, compassion, and professionalism we received was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and supported. Every single person in the office was kind, patient, and understanding. I called multiple times with questions (and worries), and they were always so reassuring and never made me feel like a burden. What stood out most to me was Dr. Bolanos’ genuine love for animals. You can feel it immediately, this isn’t just a job for him, it’s a passion. He treated Andy like his own, and that meant everything to me. I live about an hour away, and I would make that drive again without hesitation. It was absolutely worth it. Thank you, Dr. Bolanos, for giving Andy a second chance and for taking such incredible care of him. I will forever be grateful.

I have been unhappy with my current provider, who seems to be more interested in revenue than service. They also, although being a big outfit, seemed unprepared to deal with a small dog who is a drama queen. So when the great people at Grooming.pet in Boca noted that Max had a butt issue, and I mentioned my desire to change vets, they recommended Dr. Bolanos, a few doors down. Well Dr. B. took Max immediately, treated him, and the staff knew just how to deal with his drama queen act, ignore it, lol. Max is doing very well, and I'm going to return for my annual and emergency needs.

I called and got an appointment the same day. Very friendly staff. Dr Bolanos gave my cat a thorough exam. Administered his yearly rabies shot, and also trimmed his nails. His fees are much more reasonable than other veterinarians in the Boca area. I’ve been to four different vets in the Boca area and he and his office is outstanding👍

Balanos Veterinary Center is excellent in every way. Their premises are very clean, the staff very pleasant, the wait time for appointments very short. Their pricing is very fair. Most recently I contacted Balanos about concerns I had about the bowel movements of my precious Persian cat, Princess. I was asked to bring in a sample which was analyzed. I got the results within a few hours. I have yet to receive a charge for this. I highly recommend them.
