I absolutely love Aloha! I take my dog there every day for daycare while I work, and I trust the entire team completely. The girls are so kind, caring, and genuinely love the dogs. My dog is my whole world, so trusting someone with her is a huge deal for me. Aloha is the only place I would ever use for daycare or boarding because I know she is safe, happy, and well cared for every time she’s there. ❤️🐾

I really do not recommend at least for cats. I left my cat for 4 days as she could not be at my house for fumigation. I went in a few days before to book her stay and I was told I would get a picture everyday and an update on how she is doing. The day that I dropped her off I was told that it was actually five dollars a day to get a picture for that day. This would have been fine but I was not told until the day I was dropping her off, did not seem very sincere. I had to reach out two or three times to get an actual update on her and did not feel like I knew how she was doing. The only picture I received is the one attached. Other than that price is reasonable. Again I want to emphasize I did not mind that it was an extra charge for pictures, but I was not told until I had already paid and was dropping her off.

Highly recommend Aloha Pet Resort! It’s rare to find a groomer that perfectly balances high-end service with genuine, calm care. My pup usually gets a bit nervous with grooming, but the team here made the entire experience stress-free and relaxing. You can really tell they focus on safety and comfort. From the aromatherapy to the top-tier grooming treatments, they treat every dog like a true VIP. My dog came home looking amazing, smelling great, and—most importantly—in a fantastic mood. If you're in Miami and want your pet to get the royal treatment, this is the spot!

We left terry (our dog) for 2 weeks during a family trip, and it was an amazing experience with Aloha pet. They sent me daily photos, they kept updated about terry and his routine, and definitely we will leave him at Aloha during our next trip in July! Thanks to the staff for making it possible

I couldn't be happier with the experience at Aloha Pet Resort! From the moment we arrived, the care they showed my dog was incredible; you can tell they truly love what they do and prioritize the well-being of their furry clients above all else. The spa services are top-notch. The use of gentle, high-quality products made a noticeable difference, and the pampering extras—especially the luxurious paw pedicure—left my pup looking and feeling spectacular. It is such a relief to find a place in Miami that combines professionalism, safety, and that touch of luxury for our pets. We will definitely be back to keep my pup feeling 'beach-beautiful' in paradise! Highly recommended."
