Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

I have seen Dr. Bissell and Dr. Cunningham now and I like them both. Very knowledgeable and caring. Relaxed when it comes with kids and pets. The office is clean. Appointments are fairly easy to get when you need one. You may have to wait a minute to be seen sometimes but that’s because they really take their time to evaluate the animal and explain everything to the owner. They explain pricing prior to service so that you aren’t shocked at the end like I have experienced in the past.

This office is incredible! They are always willing to squeeze us in no matter what and very kind and understanding. Dr. Bissell is very thorough and treats all animals like his own! Great group of folks!

Finally a full service vet that doesn’t feel like your pet is just a number. Every single person in this facility cares about your animal. I have taken a previous (perfect but problematic) pet to Dr Bissell at another location and just happened to move near his new facility - what a relief to have a knowledgeable & personable vet + the amazing staff and services all under one roof! My new floof already loves it here :)

Dr. Bissell is a wonderful Veterinarian. I found him when I had my last dog, and I will never forget his kindness when it was her time. I knew when I got my new pup exactly where to take her. He is very compassionate and thorough. He is great about communicating with his pet parents which is so important when I’m worried.

We really love the boarding and the veterinarian office. Dr. Bissell is fantastic!! He is very knowledgeable and really cares for the dogs. Him and the entire staff goes above and beyond for the care of our two puppies . Doesn’t matter the time or the day . I feel bad that they do work extra hours . If we need an urgent question answered they are always willing to call even after hours to point us the right direction. Very genuine people. We even get texts from Dr Bissell following up to see how the dogs are doing. We really can’t complain. The boarding is the same. They are fantastic and work with families even on emergencies. We feel blessed we found them.
