Today both my dogs have appointments at pet paradise Apopka. As soon as we walked into the clinic we were greeted and helped right away. The nurses are super friendly and very helpful, They care about how my dogs are doing and they will do what they can to make sure they stay healthy. Thank you pet paradise for everything you do for me and my dogs ❤️

Every time I have an appointment with them I have to wait at least 30 minutes or more after my appointment time before being seen by the vet. They only had one acceptable reason for not seeing me on time and that was due to an emergency that they had to take care of. What's the point of having an appointment if the staff isn't going to adhere to it. No apologies whatsoever except about the medical emergency. What makes them think that their time is more valuable then ours? I don't want to have to change vets again since I only have about a year left with my dog.

Dr. Ortiz and her staff are amazing. They take the time to actually talk to you and address all of your concerns. I will always bring my fur babies to Pet Paradise of Apopka.
