The entire staff is amazing. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, you are treated with such kindness and warmth. The doctors are incredible. They took such good care of my baby. They put up with my many calls to confirm about 6 times how I was supposed to properly give my pup his medicine. They never once made me feel like a burden. Their compassion is outstanding. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else with my animals! Thank you guys for helping Camo!!

We absolutely love Dr. Shapiro and Dr. Falbowski! Over the years, they’ve cared for our pets through just about everything — emergency surgeries, puppy visits, spays, and all the little things in between. They’re always kind, patient, and incredibly thorough. You can tell they genuinely care — not just about the animals, but about the families too. They explain everything clearly, never rush us, and we always leave feeling confident and cared for. The staff is just as wonderful — warm, responsive, and easy to work with. We feel so lucky to have a vet team we truly trust. Highly recommend!

In todays world everyone is quick to place a bad review. Some rely on reviews. Well here it is this place is wonderful from the time you make the appointment till your seen every staff member is friendly kind and you can tell really care about your pet! Dr. Shapiro was just fantastic. I can’t say more positive things about this Vet!

We recently moved to Plainville and were looking for a veterinarian for our newly adopted cat, Grey. What initially drew us to Ragged Mountain were the hundreds of positive reviews, and they were absolutely spot on! From the moment we stepped foot in the door, the staff was so welcoming and kind. Dr. Falbowski and her technician were extremely thorough, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made sure Grey was as comfortable as possible during his appointment. We are thrilled with the care we received at Ragged Mountain and know we made the right choice when looking for a veterinarian!
