These folks are so great. I appreciate their tenderness and responsiveness so much. I've had to take my pup over a couple of times for painful broken nails and each time they've managed to squeeze me in at a moments notice and address a very painful situation for my dog. They're always so sweet and caring with her, they address the issue, and have clear and professional aftercare instructions. Dr. Lederman is an excellent veterinarian and the whole practice is full of kind people from start to finish. Thank you guys from Chowder and me!

I am super impressed! I called soooo many vets today to get my dog Lynk in.. 10+ told me july 24th or later. When I originally called Genesee, they didn’t answer because their phones were down but about 45 minutes later They called me back and apologized for the phones. They got him in a hour later and took such wonderful care. They made me feel so comfortable leaving my fur baby in their hands. I will definitely be moving all of my animals here. Thanks ladies!! You are the best
