Jamie (from the office) had already explained the process over the phone and walked us through the visit to make sure our expectations were met. Their vet team worked very well to validate our wishes, communicate pricing, and flow as well as treated our Duke with the utmost respect throughout the process. The staff are all so kind and compassionate! Having the option to take your pet into the office or keep them home helps so much. Some visits I can’t take my cat in and they are able to get someone to come visit in a timely manor. It is well worth the money. I take my cat into the office when I can because it costs less but the ease of being able to keep him home when he is very stressed helps so much!
