Arrived early and was about number 10 in line, took a 1 hour and 15 min. to get my dog vaccinated. A more efficient system is needed, not worth the wait.

Pre registered showed up clicked the I arrived link never got the text to get in line like it said and everyone else said I was supposed to get that’s not a first come first serve operation I waste my time and gas for nothing. Y’all lost a customer due to this horrible experience
