Our family had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our beloved senior dog to rest, and the team at this clinic showed us a level of compassion and urgency that we will never forget. When we arrived, our boy suddenly collapsed outside. It was one of the most traumatic moments our family has ever experienced. The vet techs and the veterinarian didn’t hesitate for even a second, they rushed outside to assist us and guided us to a private area so he could be cared for immediately. Even though it wasn’t their designated space for euthanasia, they created a peaceful place for us, laid blankets for him, and gave us the time and privacy we needed. They walked us through what was happening with such gentleness and honesty, reassuring us that he was deeply loved and that we were making the right decision for him. They truly treated him like he mattered. Dr. Terra was incredible. Even in one of the darkest moments of our lives, she comforted us, explained everything with care, and somehow still brought moments of light and understanding. Some even shed tears alongside our family and that meant more than they will ever know. They allowed us to cut pieces of his fur, make paw print keepsakes, and spend as long as we needed saying goodbye. Their compassion made an unbearable moment just a little more peaceful, and we left knowing he was treated with dignity, respect, and love in his final moments. To everyone at this clinic: thank you for being there for our boy and for our family. We will forever appreciate the kindness you showed us when we needed it most. ❤️

Do like the vet we visited. Have another appointment and trying to establish our pets here for great care. Very friendly service and feel comfortable with the doctors.

The staff at this clinic are all very nice but I get charged an arm and a leg for very basic services that should be included in the exam price. I was charged $61 just for a blood pressure and the tech could not understand the readings on the machine. She told me she would have the provider call me with the readings. On my way out, I was told that it was normal last minute. That service took a whole 2 minutes and was more expensive than the exam itself. Just a frustrating situation. I do appreciate the help; but transparent billing practices would have made the experience much less overwhelming.

Brought my last living relative, the nuggs into this clinic for a geratric visit..We were rushed in and out. I like the vet so upon finding a lump on my guy...I called to no appointments available. So they recommended the emergency vet..Emergency vet sent us back to bridge street. They assume its cancer yet failed to run a basic blood panel .And told me it is an agressive tumor the results are critical. Yet cyto sent out to an overwhelmed lab wont be back untl March. just please do the basic assessments of our friends....Sometimes they are all we have left. we look to you as professionals to diagnose and treat . Bloodwork, urine, fecals just do something , I still dont understand why he was not blood tested to at least see his white count???? . Do better, Please I am scarred and suffering. love, Nugget Phipps describe the panic I have finding a lump on my best friend. They sent me to the emergency clinic then the emergency clinc sent me back. The undertone from visual exam is grim. They sent a cytology sample out side the clinic for fast results due to It being a super aggressive tumor..He is critical yet the results will not be back until mid march. I was told they were doing an in house panel to check his white count and would call me the next day. I call for any kind of remote diagnosis. They were confused and could not find his bloodwork. please see me, I am nugget and have no clue whats happening but I am gravely ill will no guidance, answers, or even a plan. Love me, your patient,........do better!!!!!!!
