5/15/2026 I brought Sable for her bordatella shot. The gal was in a hurry and didn't exactly open Sable's as I assisted. The oral suspension made her throw up for the 2nd or third time. We will reach out to your office Monday morning. Rupman, Rocket & Blueberry Sable 6/30 our 1st visit of many to come for our newest Dones family member Miss Sable. Dr. O (Osborne) is amazing and shared her true passion w/ Sable. She is extremely knowledgeable while sharing her expertise and love of animals. Sable took to her like a magnet! We are incredibly grateful to Brighton Animal Clinic for the compassion and care they showed our beloved dog during her final days. Saying goodbye to a cherished family member is never easy, but the entire team treated our dog with such kindness, dignity, and love. After her passing, we received a sympathy card with thoughtful words of condolences that touched our hearts and brought comfort during a difficult time. It was a beautiful reminder that the staff truly care not only for their patients but also for the families who love them. Thank you, Brighton Animal Clinic, for your professionalism, empathy, and support. We will always be grateful for the care you provided and the kindness you showed our family when we needed it most. ❤️🐾

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend Brighton Animal Clinic & Dr. Osborne I would highly recommend Brighton Animal Clinic. They are affordable, compassionate, and truly dedicated to giving our pets the best care possible. Dr. Osborne has walked beside me through every chapter of my dog Kalub’s journey. She supported us through his thyroid issues and guided me with so much patience and knowledge. And when Kalub became sick and I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put him down, she never left my side. She met me exactly where I was emotionally comforting me, encouraging me, and making sure Kalub was treated with love, dignity, and gentleness. Her compassion made one of the hardest moments of my life a little easier to bear. I am deeply grateful for Dr. Osborne and the entire Brighton Animal Clinic team. They don’t just care for our pets they care for us, too.

They used to be amazing and I loved taking my four frenchies here. Then they hurt one of them and she couldn’t move her neck for over a week. Then I took them all in for their yearly appointment, they’re all current on their vaccines and check ups. I put in for a medication refill and they denied it. I called multiple times, my messages were lost and there was no documentation what so ever that I called. I spoke to one of the vets and he said that they are good and to have the pharmacy send in the script request and they’d refill it. The pharmacy did and they denied it. I called again and asked if I needed to bring her in because it will be fatal if she does not have this medication and they said no to have the pharmacy send the refill and they’ll refill it. They again denied it. This has been so frustrating. Then I found a new vet to take her too and they have had FOUR requests for records to be transferred and do not transfer them. I used to love this place, I have no idea what happened but their care, compassion, customer service, and give a damn have left the office. They also charge $260 more for a years worth of meds than other offices.
