This vet is the total package: knowledgeable, has expertise AND cares. After having a terrible experience with another vet that said there’s nothing we can do for our 17 yo kitty with sudden renal failure, we saw Dr. John Adam. With his suggestions and treatment plan, our kitty’s health is improving every day and most importantly she’s back to being her usual sassy self. I want a vet who knows his “stuff” and will partner with me on pet care, that’s exactly what we got and I couldn’t be more grateful. And I can’t express how relieving it is to have peace of mind following our visit.

I brought in my cat and dog for their shots and due to Covid, had to wait in the car with my pets. It was a hot day and even though I had my AC on high, both pets got hot. After my dog got her shot, it was my cat's turn. She is very shy about strangers, and when she got taken inside by a nurse, my cat was very anxious. The doctor told me unless her temperature went down, he couldn't give her the shot, which I thought was reasonable. We waited for her to cool down inside the office, but I think she was too stressed at that point. She ended up getting a different shot than one I wanted her to get due to the doctor stating she had a fever even though it was due to the heat and stress, and I had to take her home without her getting the actual shot she needed. Overall, it was not a good experience and I'm not going back.

Dr. John saved my pup's life!! He was 4 when he had an extreme bout of pancreatitis. "Orry's" previous Vet ignored the fact he was in a great deal of pain & stopped drinking water for 5 days. We switched to Imperial Hwy Animal and my boy made it to his 5th Birthday due to the outstanding care he continues to receive. Staff is awesome!!

Well I must say I was a bit disapointed when I called to ask about getting a stool sample tested and not bringing my pregnant dog in. I was told I had to bring her in because they want to examine her but I was was running a basic stool sample they don't need to see her. So I guess they would rather me expose my pregnant dog to the Flu so they can get an extra$50.00 office visit. Keep in mind they d not need to draw blood just the stool I bring in..
