Always a pleasure taking Baloo, all staff in the clinic takes the appropriate time to answer our questions, including the doctors. Never feel rushed. Visits here are informative and thorough. Not like most human medical providers now they only give you 15 min and push you out to see their next patient. Glad to know my furry friend receives better care than most humans today.
