The care and service given to my dog Bishop for his root canal was excellent. He has separation anxiety but the staff made sure he was as comfortable as possible and had a positive visit. Receptionist were very nice and made the check in and out process a breeze.

I am so happy to share my wonderful experiences with ADS. I took my senior dog for surgery to remove a benine tumor. They where so caring and compassionate towards me and most importantly my dog. The degree of consciousness was on a whole other level. I am so very grateful for there utmost professionalism and superior care they gave my baby. I highly recommend. The Doctor to each staff member where 100 plus stars. Extremely impressed. Thank ADS for your great care and love you gave it means the world to me. Ty

I can not express how kind and informative the Dr. Van Nice and his staff were during my visit. He was so gentle with my 15 year old who HATES having his teeth looked at; his calm energy put me at ease as well. I live in Manhattan Beach and Dr. Van Nce is worth the drive. I am in the process of moving to Florida and my move was pushed up a month, as my mom is having a hip replacement the beginning of April. Dr. Van Nice offered to find me other specialists in that area, if that would be easier for me. He has genuine concern for pets and their pet parents. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Van Nice agreed to send me an estimate for work to our dog's teeth. However, he did not honor his word. I asked him to call me so we could clarify what happened (2x by email; 1x by phone), but he did not have the integrity to do so. This all came across as unprofessional and disrespectful, particularly the decision to break his word w/o talking to me personally. Based on these issues, we cannot recommend his practice to others.

Dr. Van Nice and his team are very warm, friendly, and professional. They put me at ease and this very caring doctor knew exactly what was wrong with my pet by the end of our visit. He spent a long time talking with both myself and my husband, and answered all of our questions. He also gave us a referral to a cardiologist and called the office directly.
