Love coming here. Will not lie first experience was a not too pleasant, the vet did not tell us much and we felt upsold on their membership. But, that membership saved us a lot of money over the course of a few months since my cat had a skin infection, so I do not mind paying monthly if its saving me money and my pets are healthy. And we found a good vet who seems do know what they are doing so now I recommend this place to all my friend.

Terrible Experience at Meridian Banfield I scheduled a 10:30 AM in-room appointment, got a confirmation, then was later told due to a “system glitch” it had to be a drop-off. I agreed. I dropped off my dog Hazel for a comprehensive exam and vaccines. Five hours later—no updates. When I called, they just said, “The doctor will call when ready.” I went in myself, only to find out Hazel hadn’t even been seen by the vet yet and no vaccines were done. They blamed it on two ongoing procedures and handed me a $30 coupon that expires in December 2024. It is July 2025... This location clearly doesn’t value its clients’ time or trust.

I loved going there because how friendly the staff is. However, yesterday I took my cat there and the vet said he had a fever and instead of starting of with just a CBC test, they kept throwing random words at me and made me pay $450 for blood work!!! Not to mention the $106 office visit fee!! My total bill ended up being $807 for things I don’t even understand and wasn’t necessary. Never going there again

This team is amazing!! You can tell they care about your fur baby and that means the world to me. They have no problem explaining and helping you with even the smallest concern. So glad I found they for my Baby, Brownie and Smokey. Best second family ever!
