This has been an incredibly difficult time for us, and your kindness and attention to detail have brought us some much-needed comfort while everything still feels so raw. A special thank you to Mia for going above and beyond—letting us pick up Vigo after hours and providing direct, easy communication via text. That extra care and flexibility made an overwhelming situation much easier to navigate, and we’re truly grateful. Having Vigo back home, along with the thoughtful touches you provided, means more than words can express. We were lucky to share 16 and a half beautiful years with him, and saying goodbye has been heartbreaking—but your care helped make this part of the journey a little more bearable. Honor Pet took nothing but amazing care of my kitty! This process has been so rough but Mia answered my questions via email in a timely manner and was very compassionate. The packaging was beautifully crafted. I’m just in AWE. I’ll forever miss my boy but this is beautiful.

As a veterinarian who has worked within end of life care and had a lot of exposure to different companies and people that participate in the aftercare process, I can say that Honor Pet is one of a kind. When we had to say goodbye to my personal heart dog of 14 years at the end of June, I knew that I wanted her treated with the respect and love she deserved. Luckily, I had been introduced to Honor Pet earlier in the week through a professional mutual contact. They stepped in and supported myself and my partner efficiently and with so much empathy. The space is beautiful, peaceful and makes this step of the process as easy as it can possibly be. Being in a difficult financial position right now, I wasn’t able to afford the individual cremation. While going through their website and looking at the beautiful keepsake memorial pieces, I reached out to Honor Pet inquiring about a possible coupon code — just hoping for a small discount to help make something special happen. They responded kindly and explained that they didn’t have coupon codes, but instead told me about something called the Honor Fund — a fund built entirely from donations, used to help families who are struggling financially. And when I found out that one of the company’s own co-founders is one of the biggest contributors to that fund… that’s when it really hit me: this company is not driven by profit. This isn’t about selling urns or hitting a quota. They care — truly, deeply care — for animals and the families who love them. They treat every pet like family. And because of their kindness, I was still able to receive something meaningful to remember my baby by. That gesture meant the world to me, and I will forever be thankful. As soon as I get back on my feet, I fully intend to donate to the Honor Fund myself — in the hope that I can help another grieving family the way Honor Pet helped mine. When my baby’s ashes were returned to me, they arrived in the most beautiful and dignified packaging I could’ve imagined. Nothing generic. Everything intentional. The presentation brought tears to my eyes — not because it was fancy or showy, but because it was personal. I could tell someone took their time. Someone cared. And that meant everything. They also sent a letter that I will treasure for the rest of my life. I’ve read it more times than I can count, and each time it reminds me that my grief mattered — that my pet mattered. In a world where pets are too often treated like “just animals,” Honor Pet reminds you that love like this is sacred. In such a tough situation, everyone at Honor Pet made everything go as positively as it possibly could. They stayed open incredibly late for us and they were so welcoming and caring. The bouquet-making and note-writing/painting stations were such a wonderful process as well, and even though we brought quite a bit of items to accompany our dog through the aquamation process, the added bouquet and painting were so nice to include as well. Everything from their end was handled with such care and respect from the intake/billing to the actual cozy cart that took our dog to the back room. The employees could not have been better. And the box that awaited us just a few days later was beautiful, full of an assortment of heartwarming items along with our dog's remains.
