Good service, friendly staff, skilled providers of veterinarian medicine. That being said, this place is WAY too busy to be accepting new pets. Multiple appointments were made a week or 10 days out. That's just too far out. Today, I called too see if my dog can be seen because she's having an issues that's not quite urgent, but she should be seen today. No accommodations made. They're just too busy. I should've been squeezed in.

We have been taking our dog here for the last 10 years now. The staff are always friendly. The veterinarians are always very professional and caring. The groomer Shawn is excellent. And we have boarded our dog here many times with no issues.

I have been going here for many years. They have very courteous and knowledgeable staff. From the front desk to the veterinarians themselves, they are all great and transparent with you. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new spot to take your fur babies.

I'm reaching out because people need to know how awesome this place is. I recently switched doctors for my furry family, Boba and Covid. We used to go to VCA Animal Hospital in irvine Suite #108. We used to love this place, my boys love doctor David Driscoll, he is kind and seems to really care for my boys. Recently, I took my boys to get their nails trim there, and the last few months, I had to wait for 30 minutes even though I had an appointment. I spoke to Sabrina, front desk girl at VCA animal hospital why is this keep happening she was so rude and said i probably should go somewhere else."" I decided to switch doctors and came here at Foothill Animal Hospita in Lake Forest. Everyone is nice, kind, and friendly. I highly recommend this place. The front desk is the face of many businesses, and the front desk staff here at Foothill Animal Hospital are amazing, and I have to mention Sarah. Thank you Sarah for taking my boy Boba on such short notice. I know you guys are busy, and you still made it happen in getting my boy Boba in. Greatly appreciate 🙏
