Friendly, informative and professional. Staff and veterinarian's are very personable here. My cat and my dog were both seen here in the last four months. I'm so glad I chose La Verne Animal Hospital over a group corporation like Banfield. There is a big difference between the two hospital's in my opinion.

We have known Dr. Niu for several years since she was affiliated with another veterinary clinic, and was ecstatic to find out she decided to take over this animal hospital. Dr. Niu has been the perfect vet, very caring to our 3 dogs (now only 2). She is very compassionate to our fur babies, was able to diagnose and take care of symptoms, and always kept us updated on any procedures that would be necessary for our babies. She does not upsell like our other previous vet, where it felt like I was at a BMW dealership when they were recommending "needed" treatments for our babies. Dr. Niu and Dr Marzaian are the utmost professionals, with a caring staff that will take care of your fur babies' needs.

I got an older cat from the shelter (IVHS) and she had a hard scab on her neck the doctor felt the area and told me it was staples that were left in her neck from an old surgery they took them out. It cost me $15 to make The Cat feel comfortable. I appreciate this place.

Today was our first appointment with Dr Mirzaian since we wanted a second opinion about an ear hematoma. The office is wonderful, compassionate and caring staff who are truly wonderful. The ear was drained, without sedation, and I am so happy with the results. Highly recommended! Thank you for everything.
