We are SO GRATEFUL for the team at Folsom Ranch and the finesse and kindness they showed to our cat Mingi this morning. He's had a few less-than-fun vet visits in the past, so we're always a little worried about taking him somewhere new, and the care and empathy our vet and the staff here showed him throughout his annual and vaccine updates were so, so appreciated. The staff was really approachable and welcoming, and the office was super clean and calm enough that he bounced right back to normal as soon as we got home. I'm really impressed with the care he was given. Thank you for getting our little guy up-to-date and making sure he stays healthy!

I wanted to come on here and leave this message for anyone considering bringing their furry baby in for care. My sweet boy, Rocco, was in a devastating car accident last weekend that ultimately cost him his life. This was the closest vet to the location of the accident and as we rushed there, there were team members waiting with the door open to take care of my boy. The amount of kindness and sensitivity every single person in that building showed towards me, my husband, my niece, who was also in the accident, and my little baby is unmatched. The provider was honest, kind and empathetic. I also received a handwritten card acknowledging my loss, which was just so kind. If you’re looking for a place that will care for your beloved pet as much as I love mine, please give them the opportunity to do so. Your little one will be handled with so much love and care. Sharing a picture of me and my sweet boy to remember him by. 12 long years of unconditional love, sass, and adventure. ♥️ Thank you for all that you’ve done for us in our final moments with him. You all are wonderful!

I’ve never felt more confident and cared for than I do with Folsom Ranch Veterinary Hospital. As pet parents, we’re at our most vulnerable when our animals are unwell—and finding a veterinarian, like Dr. Noack, you can fully trust is priceless. Dr. Noack took a loving, pragmatic approach in helping my 13-year-old chiweenie with a serious spinal issue. While a $6,000 MRI was out of reach, he used his knowledge and deep experience to create a thoughtful treatment plan that’s bringing my dog real comfort and quality of life. Competence and compassion are the hallmarks of this place. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave; you and your pet feel the love. A special shout-out to Dustin, whose passion for rehabilitation shines through in every laser treatment he gives my Shadow (pic attached is getting ready for laser treatment). I’m so grateful to have found this exceptional team.

The staff at Folsom Ranch is absolutely incredible! They’re always friendly, go above & beyond to ensure your visit is as comfortable as possible, regardless of the reason. They sent me a card expressing their condolences for the lost of my Dog and now know my puppy by name. I’ll truly miss them when we move out of the area. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire staff for the exceptional care you’ve provided for me and my furry babies.
