We are most greatful for the after hours emergency pet care hospital. My friend's dog, Kihfi, had been severely bitten by a pack of coyotes and was needing care and medications. The doctor and staff on duty took vital signs and shaved off her hair to expose the wounds. The care Kihfi received was exceptional. They said it was a miracle that she survived. The healing was successful and there were no problems with infections. It is our go to place in the High Desert for emergency pet care.

I am extremely satisfied with this Banfield. Not only are they prompt and professional but April has been such a delight to talk to and was so sweet! Highly recommend this to all my HD people!

The pet wellness plan is an absolute joke. The people in store are cool but the administrators of the plan are super nasty people. Do yourself a favor and don't fall for it.

The ladies are great there. The front desk, the vet and even the techs. They are very nice and knowledgeable. April is the woman that has helped us the most. We have a new puppy as well as an old dog. The only reason it's not a 5 star is that it gets quite busy sometimes and when this happens it seems less personable and more "going through the motions" type of feel. But yes, I do recommend this place. I feel my pets are in great hands there.

I adopted my cat 5 days ago from Petsmart. This was her first exam. I feel she was treated very well and I believe the examination was thorough. Everyone was very nice.
