My 11 year old son call there yesterday around 4:30 pm asking about a cat And the person who answered the phone was just rude! (to a kid just asking questions.) Like she was irritated. He asked basic questions and her answers were very sharp and short with obvious frustration. I got on the phone to make sure I wasn’t processing this the wrong way, sometimes people just have weird tone or way of say things. So I started clarifying his questions and she was like NO!, WE DON’T! WE’RE NOT AFFILIATED! And then what are you looking for? I told her she was rude! She was quite and still did not apologize.👎🏾 Customer service is definitely not for her!..
