I am a new Shih Tzu puppy owner and needed to get his first round of shots and a puppy exam. The staff at this location are very friendly and personable. They greeted my puppy, Valentino, and I with a great attitude and made us feel welcome. Customer service is great! The price was good for his first shots and examination too. Although I didn’t shop around too much because this office is very close to home and has good reviews, but my family member also got a puppy recently and the puppy package for them was $600 (somewhere in Brentwood). They also tested my puppy’s stool sample and had results super fast. I am very happy to have Valentino be a patient at ARK and will definitely follow up to get him neutered soon.

The caring staff at Ark has taken care of our fur babies for over 20 years. They are all the absolute best! Diligent and compasionate, very knowledgeable. Having just moved out of state, we will miss them. Finding a new vet is hard, especially for our 'elderly' dogs. We hope we can find one as great as Ark!
