I am in town with my dog visiting and in need of care, called to schedule - since it was only for shots I was told by Nova in reception that they couldn’t take an appt, I had to ask clarifying questions to understand being denied a simple appt. Sadly bad customer service for years of customer loyalty.

I take my three dogs to highland animal clinic. We have been through annual check ups, random health problems and even unexpected surgeries. The staff and Dr.’s care for my dogs and always follow up after appointments to confirm their health. They are transparent and consistent with pricing. When appointments are full they are usually able to add me to the cancellation list and get me in as soon as possible. Highly recommend Highland Animal Clinic.

I've been coming here for over 20 years. The clinic is always clean, and the staff is amazing with my furbabies!!! They keep me informed of everything, don't skip any details. Wouldn't trust my babies with any other clinic. Before my parents left state to retire, they had been bringing their furbabies to HAC for 30+ years themselves. Easy to say, highly recommended, and can not say enough good things about everyone there.
