Quick for a pet E.R. always shorter wait times then other places. The staff is really nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely what you want when in a bad situation with a loved animal. I brought both my dogs there within the last year or so. Both times they fixed them up, and where also cheaper then the quote both times. The last time my dog healed so quick I only needed the lick collar for 2 nights, during the day it was ok. The only thing I have to say thats negative, and im not sure if this is even something that was unavoidable but the last time my dog needed anal glad cleaned and opened and there was a spot below and a spot in the end of his little nub tail that was shaved and very very red rash looking spots. That actually bugged him more then the open wound he had. But ill take that over the alternative any day. Just glad my dogs better. And wouldn't trust another e.r
