II adore this hospital,I've had experiences with both doctors, who saved my kitten's life. Now, I take my cats only to Terrell hights vet hospital. They always take the time to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand and make my pets, my fosters, and me feel completely at ease. The current front desk team is friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Highly recommend!

I love this that, I feel so lucky that I found them, the front desk. Staff were very helpful. When I first called I was able to get information and prices, everybody is very patient, empathetic, nice, the doctor took his time to answer all my questions, overall this is just a great practice to take your pet to.

Awesome customer service all of the staff over the phone/in person and of course the veterinarians really caring knowing that my dog was a family member not just a pet. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a sincerely caring staff and veterinarians

Moose, my beloved companion and best friend, has been a patient here for years, and every visit—whether routine or critical—has been marked by professionalism, kindness, and an unwavering dedication to his well-being. When Moose recently developed an unexpected health issue, Dr. Labrie stepped in immediately. His calm demeanor and extensive knowledge reassured me during a deeply emotional and overwhelming time. He performed the necessary diagnostics, identified a liver issue, and carefully explained every step of the process to me with patience and compassion. Dr. Labrie’s ability to collaborate with other professionals and ensure continuity of care has been invaluable—he truly goes above and beyond for his patients. Though he wasn’t involved in Moose’s recent emergency, Dr. John Kothmann has been a trusted part of Moose’s care for years. His attention to detail and dedication to routine wellness have been instrumental in keeping Moose happy and healthy over the years. Knowing that both Dr. Labrie and Dr. Kothmann are in Moose’s corner gives me a sense of trust and comfort that’s hard to put into words. Additionally, I want to give A special shoutout to Sage, who embodies everything you could ask for in a veterinary staff member. She is kind, attentive, efficient, and truly passionate about the pets and people she serves. Whether she’s answering the phone, assisting in the clinic, or greeting us at the front desk, Sage always goes above and beyond to ensure every interaction is smooth, informative, and comforting. Her genuine care and positive energy make a huge difference, especially during stressful moments. She is truly a rockstar, and Terrell Heights is lucky to have her.
