Highly recommending this place to anyone who just can’t figure out what’s going on with your animals. After 5 different vet visits, many different medications, people telling us to put our dog down and his whole personality 180’d… we got recommended here and they got it figured out and helped him back to normal and we are forever thankful for them.

We adore Dr. Glen! Our dog, Winston, struggled with persistent ear infections due to allergies, but Dr. Glen provided us with much-needed relief. He is punctual, knowledgeable about specialty medications, and extremely caring. Trust the process with immunotherapy; it's making a difference! Felt that our pup Starshine was cared about and cared for. Sincere conversations with both the intake woman and the Vet. Took samples from his paws, a blood test (which I hope brings results) all the while with all his allergies on the top of their minds. I highly recommend this Vet is your pup has allergies. We’ve been coming 2 years now - and this was his annual visit. I’ll be back in 5 weeks to follow up on what we’re now trying. And blood results. Fingers crossed.

Dr. Glen Burkett is knowledgeable, kind, and professional, and he always takes the time needed to address my concerns. My previous greyhound had various health issues, including food and environmental allergies. Now, my 14-month-old whippet is also dealing with food allergies, but Dr. Burkett is already working his magic on her. I've referred several pet owners to him, and they were amazed by the help he provided to their pets. Dr. Burkett is truly exceptional, and I highly recommend him. We are fortunate to have him here in Southwest Florida. Thank you, Dr. Burkett, for your invaluable help with my pets. If there was a way to give you a higher rating, I would do so without hesitation.

This is a tricky one for me. First I will say the office staff is pleasant and professional. The dr., like others in the medical field, while not unkind, wasn't the type for easy conversation. I guess some would say reserved. I have a couple of concerns and that's what makes this review challenging. I was slow in getting the allergy serum once it was ready bc I live so far away. I finally opted to have it shipped. I think due to the holidays my request got overlooked but a simple phone call resolved that. My other concern bothers me a little more. When discussing the arranged allergy skin test, the doc never told me what materials they would test for and I didn't think to ask. The outcome is that Tucker was not tested for food allergies. We've had him on a special diet at the recommendation of our vet, but that's all based on assumption, not science. And since he's continued to suffer allergic reactions, I don't know if he is or isn't allergic to beef. Frustrating....the only solution would be to risk introducing meat products but is that wise since we are injecting doses of environmental allergens? Simply stated, testing for food allergens as well as environmental would have answered these questions definitively. I feel as lost as I did the day we went there.
