I would be lost without Trupanion!
Trupanion has always been very responsive in all our claims. Fast in reviewing and approving all treatment plans and claims. I don't know what I would do without Trupanion, since we had unexpected medical events with our dog, and I wish my health insurance were as fast and responsive as Trupanion. Never thought I would envy a service for my dog. Thank you, Trupanion!

Suggestions for improvement
Would be a "10" if it were not for the high deductibles and the fact that servicing claims depends more on the quality of the vets office staff than on Trupanion.

Great pet insurance company
Easy to file a claim, covered 90% of our dogs knee surgery. Check came in a timely fashion and they also can do direct deposit. Very helpful if yoy have question.
