My claims have always been processed within 1-2 days, and reimbursement via direct deposit is fast too! They cover A LOT, I even had to get extra bloodwork for her at her last annual, and a large portion of it was covered. You definitely get what you pay for, and it’s very worth it!

Reimbursed what I expect
I always get reimbursed the amount I expect. Which is great. What is not so great is that their portal (app or website) for submitting claims hasn't been working for months. It takes an extra 2 weeks to process a claim when submitted via email since there is such a backlog. Please fix this.
