We enrolled our Lotte a year ago. It is excellent, affordable insurance. I recommend,not only purchasing the emergency coverage, but also purchase the annual visit insurance. The refund for the annual visit was direct deposited quickly.

I love MetLife insurance for my pets
I love MetLife insurance for my pets. The claims are easy and simple. I’ve talked to customer service only once but they were great to talk to! I think the only thing that may be a little difficult is the price increase is almost doubled from when i first got it but other than that i have no complaints!
