Claim was processed and approved within 48 hours of submission. I do not have the check yet, but assume it will arrive shortly. The company paid as contracted. No redlining that I had to dispute. Highly recommend this company for major medical care.

Beware of the fine print that says that when your policy auto renews, anything in the 90 days prior to that renewal will be considered a preexisting condition. We had this insurance for 2 years and it paid some of the claims...not the full 80% that it claims to. This is because they decide what is the allowable amount for a procedure. We live in a mountain town 2 hours from the closest city and vet costs are high in our area. I would not use this company for pet insurance again. Fast friendly service but a smile does not pay the bills.

We have had PetsHealth insurance for the past 3 of our dogs, fortunate for us the 1st one did not need to use it except for routine preventative, our other 2 were another story. How thankful we were to have insurance to help cover the cost of things that can happen to our beloved pets! We are true believers in Pet Health Insurance and love the customer service we receive from Petshealth.

We are so happy with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. Our dog (a 5 year old yellow lab) Chloe tore her ACL, and Healthy Paws was so attentive and timely in helping us file our claim. We had no problem whatsoever getting our claim processed and received a check within days of the claim submittal. Thank you Healthy Paws for doing such a great job and helping us like you did!

This is my first experience with insurance for a pet and I am floored! I purchased insurance for my dog plus the wellness plan. The folks at Embrace have been in contact with me constantly, helping guide me thru the process. I was able to customize the insurance side to get to a workable premium number & I LOVE the wellness plan. For $300 I get $400 worth of wellness services! I've already used $155 for annual exam & shots & will no doubt use the remaining in a few weeks when it's time for her teeth cleaning. I was amazed to get an email just a few days after submitting the claim stating that my claim refund check for the full amount will be in my mailbox within 10 days! No fuss, no muss. This is very forward-thinking insurance. These people obviously understand that if you invest in preventative care up front, you're less likely to need the insurance on the back end. Fabulous experience from beginning to end, giving me much appreciated peace of mind. Only wish I had known about this when we first got her! ....now if only MY health insurance was so easy to work with...

My cat had a life-threatening bladder stone removed less ago, and the claim was processed and I had the money back in my hands within 3 weeks! It gives me so much peace of mind to know that I do not need to think twice about the cost of a life-saving medical procedure for our pets. Medical emergencies are stressful enough without worrying about how to pay for them. Great service for unexpected pet emergencies.

I have a 7yr old Scotty that got pancreatitis his vet bill was over $700. I live on a fixed income. I can find the $30 a month, but no way could I come up with $700. I filed my claim and was sent a check in less than 3 weeks. My dog is find and I still was able to cover my living costs. Don't know what I would have done with out it

This is our first dog covered by Embrace (for 4 years now). We've had several accident/illness claims and are SO IMPRESSED by the communication during the claim process and the fair evaluation of covered charges. Word must be getting out about Embrace because claims are taking a bit longer than several years ago, BUT, they keep you informed as to the status of your claim and take good care to get your claim processed ASAP.
