Friendly customer service

I've only had to submit two claims to Embrace during my year of coverage, but every communication I've had with the staff has been quite pleasant, and I've had no trouble having my claims processed.

New client and already happy with their service!

I am new to having a dog and so I'm new to having pet insurance and after doing a lot of research and choosing Embrace I am happy with my choice. My first claim went through and their customer service kept me informed of the status of my claim and responded to any questions I had. They covered my first claim and provided me with a detailed 'Explanation of Benefits' form for my records. Very professional and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Poor Service

This company never returns my telephone call unless threatened. I had simple questions concerning my policy, called 3 times, and never received a return call. The next time I called I left a message saying I wanted to cancel my dogs coverage because of their practice. Surprisingly, immediately I got a returned call with a friendly voice on the other end...How does that happen?

Pets Best has come through each time

I have all my dogs and cat on Pets Best Policies. Pets Best has always been there for my questions in customer service and have always paid out what they have explained they would pay out. About 7 months ago I had my largest breed dog get sick and the bill was way over $2500. Pets Best paid 80% of my vet bill. My veteriniarin also recommend Pets Best, so I know by experience that Pets Best truly is the Best pet insurance to have. I could have never been able to have the excellent care that they have needed without having Pets Best to help cover the cost. I hve looked at other companies, but felt very comfortable with the plan and the service I recieved from Pets Best.

GREAT company

I had my pomeranian insured with this company for over 2 years. I had nothing but great experiences with them. I recently lost my dog due to a dog attack. My dog was in the hospital for 3 days, Vet bills totaled over $1,500. I received a check for over $1,100 in two weeks. Great, efficient and fast service, I e-mailed the comapny on several occasions and dealt with Courtney Phillips and Travis Langford and they have responded to my e-mails in less than a day. Great company, I will use them again on any future dogs that we own. Thank you Pets Best!

If only my own health insurance was this good!

Incredible service! Embrace has exceeded our expectations of what pet health insurance was like. Unfortunately, our puppy has had a bit or a rough stretch and we've needed to utilize the coverage -- and Embrace has been there for us. No hassles; just good service.

Clear statements with prompt payment

Sam and Sally (7-year-old beagles) have had three claims so far this year, our first with the policy. First was wellness exams, second and third were for illnesses. The claims were handled promptly and the statements were clear.

Covers dental work!

I have a 8 year old orange tabby who never chews his food and had a pretty bad mouth because of it. It was getting to the point where his cat-breath would make me kick him out of bed. My vet had recommended a dental but the estimate was like 650 bucks, and that was assuming that there was no surprises and more teeth needed to be taken out. The vet also told me that this insurance company would cover it. I had never really considered pet insurance cause he has always been really healthy and never gone to the vet for anything other than his yearly check up and vaccines. I signed up and Tom got his teeth cleaned later that week, and had a few teeth removed. His mouth is much happier, and I am just glad he smells better. Bonus was when the 80% reimbursement check came! Even better than getting this teeth benefit every year, now he is covered for anything else that could happen as he gets older. And it's way cheaper than I thought too.

Awesome! Worth Every Penny!

Their customer service is amazing, and they are very fair. Our dog ended up with a number of health problems, and the service pays for itself just with his prescriptions. He also had an emergency, and Embrace paid a few thousand dollars. We never would have been able to pay for our dogs hospital visit without the insurance. They always email us to let us know what is going on when they are processing a claim. Our dog gets better medical care because we don't have to worry about the price. We put his bill on a credit card, and Embrace sends us a check before the bill is due.

Great in handling claims

My 14 year old dog starting having food problems and after many tests at the vets., it was determinded that she had cancer. I had to have her put down. All my claims were paid within 10 days each time. I was so grateful that with all the saddnss I was going thru, claim checks were something I did not have to worry about. Thank you Pets Best!!!!
