6 years with Healthy paws and many more to come
We have had Healthy Paws pet insurance for approximately 6 years now. Their claims submission process is painless and they process the claims in a very reasonable time frame. So far we have gone through everything from ear infections to broken bones and foreign body blockages($$$$), with Healthy Paws. I am so glad we have this insurance because it gives us peace of mind knowing we can get good care for our pets when they absolutely need it. Thanks healthy paws for the outstanding service through all the years.

Great Insurance/Wellness Package! Great value!
I am a first-time pet owner, and I want to make sure that my fur baby is taken care of health and wellness wise. After much research, I found that PetsBest insurance had what I needed and at an affordable rate. After our first few vet visits (she had a tapeworm and giardia!), I submitted my claim using the app. It was easy to upload the bill from the vet and my claim was taken care of within a week and a half. My payment was put directly into my checking account. Also, I had a detailed explanation of benefits that explained the coverage. It was so easy. Honestly, it is easier than dealing with insurance for humans!

Lots of Dogs, Lots of Issues, Only way to Properly Care for them is to Have Great Insurance
I have 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs and and English Bulldog. With these breeds, if you don’t have great pet insurance you would have to compromise their health (unless independently wealthy). We’ve had stomach and mass cell tumors with our oldest Berner (lost 2 toes), TPLO surgery (torn ACL) with our youngest Berner and Entropion Surgery (eyelash’s grow in and can cause ulcers on the eye) with our English Bulldog....as well as a myriad of other challenges. If it weren’t for Healthy Paws I’d be out over $30k!!! Best thing is, they have always been very fair, always consistent in their communication, never “miss” anything AND they pay fast!!!! And they always follow up to see how your pet is doing! Great company, great service!!!

Took a chance on this pet insurance thing ya know. What if? Our amazing dog Axle tore both his cranial cruciate ligaments in the left and the right knee? Axle just loves to run on the beach! So when he tore the left cruciate, we discovered from our vet, this can be common that most dogs will tear both if in fact they tear one. We were in good hands with Trupanion all through the process. In an 8 month time span Axle is now in recovery from his second surgery. He is well on his way to running on that beach once again. Thank you so much Trupanion this would have been very difficult without your services!

Great Company, Claim Process is a Breeze
I am so glad that we decided to get Healthy Paws insurance for our dog on recommendation from friends. They are quick to respond to questions and the process to submit a claim for review could not be easier. Following a surgery or unexpected vet visit is always stressful and the last thing I want to do is discuss insurance logistics over the phone. The Healthy Paws process is so simple, I upload my invoice and they review quickly. Their response is very clear and professional on what they are reimbursing and why. We are so thankful to have pet insurance when we’ve encountered unexpected and expensive vet visits! I highly recommend this company, they are easy to work with and we have been very pleased with the reimbursements we have received.

Thank you, Trupanion...I am so impressed!!!
We have had our maltipoo, Buttons, covered by Trupanion, since 2013. We have been so fortunate, to have never put in a claim, until 2 weeks ago. Last year, she developed an allergic dermatitis, which has been well controlled, with Apoquel, which is fairly expensive. Two weeks ago I gathered all my medication receipts, mailed them to Trupanion, along with the claim form, and as of this morning, all my claims have been completed and paid...I think that is amazing, and I thank Trupanion, so much!
