Right from the outset I have been extremely happy with my Trupanion experience. There has never been any question about a claim and it is so simple to pay my bill at the vet as the claim portion is immediately taken off.

Trupanion has been fantastic thus far. Claims have been adjudicated fairly, and processed extremely quickly. Probably be the best part is having direct billing to the veterinary clinic. I have spoken to Trupanion agents on a couple occasions for questions etc. They have been super friendly and generally go over and above.
