Trupanion is the worst. I hope there's a FB group for all the Trupanion horror stories.
I hate Trupanion. American Airlines and Trupanion are my least favorite companies - full stop. I pay $178/month for absolutely nothing. THEY COVER NOTHING. The people that answer the phone seem to know nothing about dogs, insurance or even Trupanion. Every time I interact with this company it ruins my day. Trupanion, I hate you and I hope you lose all your business to companies that actually care about animals and keeping them healthy.

Slow reimbursement if you get it at all. Wait on hold 45 mins average
Very poor often find a reason not to reimburse. Then told me my vet wasn’t sending the info. Then said they got it. The. Said it would be 10 days. Then said it was for a different date then whatmy claim was Usually am o hold 45 mins to talk to someone. I am still trying to get reimbursed for may 12 bills

I love having insurance with Pets Best
I love having insurance with Pets Best because I feel secure knowing that I have the insurance for my pets when I need it and in case an accident or illness occurs. I only give them 4/5 stars because I wish they covered more for wellness (the amount that they cover under any of the plans is still less than how much most wellness care costs) and they almost always have long delays in processing claims.
