I called Prudent Pet Health Insurance yesterday. I am very happy that Peter answered my phone. I was looking for the good health insurance for my 2 Pemroke Gorgis. Peter answered all my questions giving me detailed information on Illness Benefits and Accident Benefits. After explaining info on coverage, deductible and monthy premiums and claims I ask about Wellness Policy .I asked questions and each time received very helpful explanation. I knew I chose the right pet insurance and the right polices. Thank youi Peter. You just represented your company in the best possible way.

Fairly Quick and Per the Plan - Satisfied
Pet's Best provided relatively quick claims processing for a recent cystotomy our dog required, and even provided interim status updates when they were slightly delayed. Payments were made exactly per the plan that I purchased. Satisfied customer.

Very late in paying claims. Over a month and they are in “review “. Tried calling a few times, but phones are always tied up for 15 min or longer.

The waiting period is a lengthy wait. It needs to be improved. (Edited after your response: I meant the waiting time for claim approval. It took me 30-40 days. It is ridiculous.)

Amazing experience when I finally HAD to use Trupianion when my Princess Lola needed most! She had three major surgeries and they Trupanion saves the day from call to invoice, up to 90% upfront as thankfully the hospital I used was within network! Other couple cases I used TP and i got reimbursed quick! Thank you for being so awesome!!!

Healthy Paws processed our claim in a timely manner and kept us up to date regarding the status of our claim. We were so grateful to have this protection when our dog needed emergency surgery.
