Reliable and trustworthy insurance
They have consistently paid claims promptly and fairly. Customer service is easy to reach and always helpful. A year or so ago I would have given them 5 stars. However, recently they seem to have a machine read the claims I submit and there are always errors. Then, I need to take the time to call them. They do eventually correct the errors.

ease of submitting by fax
ease of submitting by fax. I find it difficult to send SOAP and invoice as these come separately from VET, so FAX is easier.
