Trupanion all the way

I love Trupanion, they've always been there for us! Pepper gets tormented by UTIs and they help with her bills :)It's best to be prepaired if worst cast senerio happens.

So impressed!

We were devestated when our puppy was diagnosed with pancreatitis. Our vet took great care of her and when she was able to come home we submitted the simple claim form to Trupanion for her services. Within two weeks we received a check for her services. Thank you Trupanion!

Claim

I have a Maltese dog that is treated for seizure. Every time I take my dog to the vet and I submit rhe insurance claim , Trupanion team processes the claim immediately and tries their best to resolve the claim as soon as possible . I am so happy and satisfied with Trupanion customer service . Sending emails about the claim is a great way to keep me updated . My check is always sent to me within a short period of time after submitting the claim. I hardly recommend Trupanion to other pet owners . Their hours of operation is so convenient as they open 24/7 .

Great service!

Once again, Trupanion comes through and quickly approves our claim. It was approved in 24 hours. Honestly, it couldn't be better. I recommend this company to everyone. Thank you, Trupanion, for making the process transparent and easy especially at an emotional time when pet parents are dealing with a hurt or sick beloved pet.

Coverage

Payout Limits

Unlimited lifetime payouts on eligible conditions with no payout limits-ever.

Deductible

You can choose your deductible from $0 – $1000, in $5 increments, to fit your budget. Trupanion offers a lifetime, per condition deductible meaning that once the deductible is met for an eligible condition, you never have to meet it again. That condition is covered for life. This is great for chronic conditions that can span the entirety of a pet’s life such as allergies or cancer.

Age Limits

All pets under 14 years old can enroll. Once enrolled, pets stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

Accidents: 5 days Illnesses: 30 days Other providers may have additional waiting periods for congenital conditions like hip dysplasia, Trupanion does not.

Exclusions

Trupanion was developed to protect you and your pet from unexpected illnesses and injuries.
