Fast Efficient Service
I took my dog to the Emergency Clinic for suspected pancreatitis/gastroenteritis. After various tests it turned out to be nothing but vomiting but with Sandy's history we were not taking any chances.
The Clinic sent my bills to Trupanion directly and I was compensated within ten days of his last treatment. Also, I scanned and sent a bill for a prescription via email and was paid promptly.
All in all, it was a very easy process.
I like the fact that Trupanion quickly acknowledges receipt of a claim via email.
This is my third claim with Trupanion and my experience has been nothing but positive.
